⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
Custom, digital, or hygiene-sensitive items cannot be refunded.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is :

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm whether your refund is approved.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (3–10 business days depending on your bank).

If the parcel is declared lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund.
